Return Policy
Return Conditions:
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging. We cannot accept any damaged or used products.
Exchange Policy:
If the product you received is the wrong size or does not match the item you purchased, you can request an exchange within 30 days. Again, the product must be unused and in its original condition.
Return/Exchange Process
Requesting a Return/Exchange:
Please contact our customer service team via email: adamsax@speedrstore.com. In your email, please provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Return Confirmation:
After receiving your request, we will confirm the return within 2 business days and provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions.
Returning the Product:
Once confirmed, please ship the product to the following address: 618 Sheridan Lake Rd Apt 323, Rapid City SD 57702-2486
Please be sure to use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment for your records.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Exchange Processing:
If you request an exchange, the processing time is the same as for refunds. The new product will be shipped after we confirm receipt of the returned product.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
When exchanging a product, if the replacement product is of higher value than the original product, you will be responsible for the difference in shipping costs.
Important Notes
Please ensure all return/exchange requests are submitted within 30 days of purchase; requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
If the product is damaged during shipping, or has defects due to non-human causes, please inform us immediately and we will provide a solution.
